The flats are named like some of the birds of the Park of Trasimeno Lake, they are independent and ideal to spend a holiday surrounded by green, evocate power of a place where nature offers its fruits and colours.

The flats are equipped with a big and comfortable swimming pool (length m.14, width m. 6 and depth m. 1,10-2,00), and of a little pool for children (length m. 5,50, width m. 5 and depth m. 0,50).

A little path links the structure to the nearby shores of the Lake, in the heart of the Park, where provided with a spy-glass, you can observe, close up, permanent and migratory game.
